They already have the lowest prices I could find. Product works just as well as OEM toner (which I have not always found to be the case). Really easy to work with and customer-oriented. A pleasure to do business with these folks. Why cant everyone else do it this way??

They have excellent customer service, which offsets the incredibly poor quality of their HP Laserjet 4600 remand cartridges (these are the only products Ive purchased from them). I initally ordered three. Two came busted (they blamed shipping problems, although the container they shipped in looked fine to me) and the third produced a heavy, colored cast all over the white parts of pages. I am not a picky person. But this third cartridge, while not broken, was not even close to acceptable ...

I bought two copier toner cartriges for less than the cost of one orginal name brand cartige. It was easy to identify exactly which model I needed on their site and easy to order securely by credit card. I am extremely pleased to have found a way around high toner prices. Shipping took about as long as expected. More power to these guys.

I could not be more pleased with a vendor, virtual or brick and mortar. I have used them consistently for about a year now and their prices are unbeatable (and I really did shop around) and their products work perfectly (no difference from OEM toner). I cant recommend them highly enough.
